Bachelor and Masters theses
Students interested in doing their Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis in our lab are welcome to contact us. We offer a range of projects focused on developing computational methods to address open questions in protein interactomics research.
PhD students and Postdocs
We are always looking for motivated PhD and Postdoc candidates with a genuine passion for protein research, strong computational skills, and a positive mindset. Candidates with backgrounds in computational biology, biophysics, biochemistry, machine learning, bioinformatics, or computer science are all welcome to apply.
